Try the Pipes – Ballydehob, West Cork
Na Píobairí Uilleann in collaboration with Ballydehob Trad Festival and Cork Piper’s Club will be holding a ‘Try the Pipes’ event on Saturday 1st April in the Bank House, Ballydehob from 10am-12pm.
This event gives an opportunity for those interested or curious about the uilleann pipes to come along and try them out for free with an experienced teacher and uilleann piper. This is a free event and all ages are welcome. Tuition will be provided on the day by Cork uilleann pipers Eoin Ó Riabhaigh and Muireann Ní Shé.
There will also be a Piper’s Chair where local pipers and musicians will encouraged to share a tune or two.
