Na Píobairí Uilleann (NPU) are fully compliant with the Governance Transparency Scale A Standard developed by Boardmatch Ireland.

We confirm that NPU complies with The Governance Code for the Community, Voluntary and Charitable Sector in Ireland and meets the requirements set out by ICTR for signing up to the Statement of Guiding Principles for Fundraising.

We have adopted the Charity Statement Of Recommended Practice (SORP) and in accordance with SORP disclose senior staff salaries above the SORP cutoff of €75,000 as follows:


Number of Employees

Organisations in receipt of Arts Council recurring funding of €100,000 or above are required to disclose details on their website of employee remuneration packages in excess of €50,000 per annum.

For the current year, the number of employees whose total annual benefits (including employer pension costs) are greater than €50,000.

Our membership is wide and diverse and consists of individuals who are keen to support the aims of the organisation. The number and identity of our members changes from time to time, like any other society. While, for a number of reasons, we do not publish our list of members, we of course keep and maintain a full register of our members at any given time and this is open to inspection at our registered office without charge for members.
