Two-day, voicing and tuning course with pipemaker Bill Haneman

This course will guide participants through the concepts and processes of taking a chanter from the “as drilled” state to a finished instrument (including covering chamfering, undercutting, rushing, and any necessary modifications to the bore and the tonehole diameters). This particular iteration of the course is designed to accompany the October flat pitched chanter course, but the principles apply to all chanters.  If students wish to use a different chanter model in this class, it is suggested that they inform Jack of the details in advance of the course.

Places are limited, and preference will be given to those wishing to complete all 3 courses with Bill Haneman.
