Píobaire, An 7 5 19 20111214 19 The Irish Ragg Aria di Camera 25 Airs, published c. 1745 and also available on IMCO. “Irish Lamentation” is an air with the feel of the harp about it, which would work very well on the pipes. It does not seem to have occurred in any other collection; Fleischmann certainly gives no other citation for it. The tunes in Aria de Camera have been added to our online resource www.pipers.ie/IMCO.
