Try the Pipes – Clondalkin

Join us in Clondalkin Library on Wednesday 21st January for a ‘Try the Pipes’ session: a short uilleann piping recital followed by a chance to get your hands on and try the instruments out for yourself. . The event will run from 6pm and is free but can be booked in advance on Eventbrite.
Members of the public will have the opportunity to listen to some accomplished uilleann pipers as well as try out the instrument for themselves with the assistance of an experienced player. They can also find out more information about classes as well as our pipes on loan programme. Try the Pipes is open to all from the age of 8. Uilleann pipers Fionntan Byrne and Kieran Joy will facilitate the taster session.
