PIPECRAFT: Reamer-making Course with Conor Roche-Lancaster

This reamer making course will cover a typical reamer making process; from converting bore data into a reamer plan, to fabricating a functioning “D” section reamer. By the end of the course each participant should have completed at least one “D” section reamer and will have the knowledge to produce their own reamers from scratch. Participants will ideally have basic machining skills using lathes and mills. All tools and materials will be provided. Participants must be 18 and over.

Date: Monday 30th March – Friday 3rd April 2026 (5 day course).

Location: PipeCraft, Unit 44, Port Tunnel Business Park, Clonshaugh, Dublin 17.

Cost: €450 (members) / €550 per person (non-members)
