This was a deliberatechoice in order to elicit as much informationas possible but for future on-line surveys a‘Does Not Apply’ or ‘Not Applicable’ replyoption will be provided as appropriate.We are delighted with the overall responseand reaction to the survey and are grateful forthe number of suggestions made. These com-ments will influence our Strategic Plan overthe next few years as resources permit.Suggestions for improving websiteGeneral/Overall CommentsSUMMARYIn summary, the overall feedback wasextremely positive with marked improve-ment in all areas relative to the 2006 sur-vey results and also included a largenumber of excellent suggestions.
