Belgian piper Henk Coudenys has forwarded copies of drawings of several Belgian musi- cians, as well as of Emmett Gill and John Blake, made by local artist Joris Thijs during a piping workshop in Antwerp in March. In- cluded in the set is the portrait reproduced here of Roger de Wouters. After a long search, we have completed our set of the important folklore journal Béaloideas. We now have a full run of the journal from its incep- tion in 1927 to date. The journal of the Folklore of Ireland Society, it contains much material on pipers, upon which we have drawn in the past.
