As part of Dublin City Council’s programme of events to commemorate the centenary of the birth of Séamus Ennis, they are organising a lecture in Finglas Library. The lecture will be given by Ríonach Uí Ógáin, editor of “Going to the Well for Water: The Séamus Ennis Field Diary 1942 – 1946”. Piper Seán McKeon will illustrate the lecture with a performance on the pipes. Booking is essential, and can be made through Finglas Library.
