Try the Pipes – Marian Hall Community Centre

Na Píobairí Uilleann have partnered with Marian Hall Community Centre to offer a piping programme. In order to promote these classes and generate renewed interest, Na Píobairí Uilleann are running a ‘Try the Pipes’ event in Marian Hall Community Centre on Thursday 3rd February from 6pm to 8pm 

 

 

Members of the public will have the opportunity to listen to some accomplished uilleann pipers as well as try out the instrument for themselves with the assistance of an experienced player. They can also get further information on the classes, and Na Píobairí Uilleann’s Pipes on Loan scheme. 

All due precautions will be taken with regard to preventing the spread of COVID-19. If you or anyone you know is interested in starting the uilleann pipes – come along!
