Scoil Samhraidh Willie Clancy 2023 – Piping Recital

Scoil Samhraidh Willie Clancy is a week-long summer school in traditional music and set dance held annually at Miltown Malbay, Co. Clare. The summer school, now in its 51st year, commemorates local uilleann piper, Willie Clancy. Activities which take place as part of the summer school include classes, talks, recitals, céilí, album and publication launches and sessions. 

On Wednesday, the Piping Concert will take place in at 8pm in the Community Centre. The line-up includes:

Throughout the week, Na Píobairí Uilleann will be holding lunchtime recitals from 1:15pm-1:45pm in the Community Centre Monday to Friday featuring a young upcoming piper and an established piper.
