International Uilleann Piping Day (IUPD) 2021

November 6

International Uilleann Piping Day, a global celebration of the unique Irish pipes or ‘uilleann pipes’, will take place around the world on Saturday 6th November 2021.

This co-ordinated day of piping activity organised by Na Píobairí Uilleann, is aimed at raising awareness of this iconic Irish instrument. Depending on the local Covid-19 restrictions in place at the time, events will be held online or in person.
