Culture Night 2023 with Na Píobairí Uilleann

Culture Night is brought to you by the Arts Council; it is a national moment, celebrating culture, creativity and the arts and seeks to actively promote the belief that rich and varied culture is alive, treasured and nurtured in people’s lives, today and every day.

Na Píobairí Uilleann invites you to our Headquarters in a historical Georgian building, located on one of Ireland’s most architecturally important streets. Every hour there will be a short presentation on the history of the uilleann pipes and a demonstration of the instrument, with an uilleann piping recital taking place downstairs from some leading players of the instrument.

Talks will take place every hour from 6-10pm – free admission, no booking required.
